CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!

Military life isn't for everyone.  It is a never-ending world of change, and you are expected to adjust to it.  Those feelings apply to all military including family members.  Coming home from deployments force you to acclimate to a world you no longer know.  How do you fit in?  How do your family members see you?  Will my relationships get better?  Feeling lost and not knowing how to overcome those feelings can lead to invisible wounds within your relationships and yourself.

As a military spouse, you are known as a dependent, the wife, and your spouse's wife.  You are expected to conform to the military standards, live in constant uncertainty, and be flexible at all times with change.  This is normal and is challenging for even the most experienced spouse.

The WIFE Family Therapy is here to help you regain your sense of self, cope with the military, and make you stronger in your relationships.  Trauma takes over and military experience can bring up issues from outside the relationship.  Learning to communicate again and getting to know each other can help progress a relationship stronger than ever before whether it's within yourself or with someone else.

Military veterans, spouses, and extended families need to be empowered to help one another be successful..

Asking for help can be a challenge.  Military families dealing with deployments, single parenting, PCS moves, combat wounds, trauma, secondary trauma causes strains on the individuals and the families.  While there is still stigma within the military to seek help, I provide confidential therapy to help you gain your "normal" life again.
